THE WORK WE DO
- Inland commercial diving and underwater construction
- Hydraulic and mechanical dredging operations
- Pond management and aquatic maintenance
- Aquatic tree and debris removal
- Disaster and emergency response services
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Hands-on work ethic and comfort in demanding field conditions
- Experience in construction, diving, dredging, or heavy equipment operation
- Ability to work safely as part of a coordinated crew
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
- Commercial diving certification is a plus but not required for all roles
